Hi
For months now it’s impossible to make a phone call in my area! Balham, Tooting Bec
Call r failing, or cant hear a thing. O2 ensured they fixed the problem but its the same even if signal is full! And its not my phone as more people complained.
Anyone had this issue?
Im now thinking of terminating my contract but it finishes in next year. Will I be charged? And how much?
Any advice welcomed
TIA

Start off by making a complaint.
Use Resolver https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
If on refresh, you can buy your device and leave for free.
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-does-O2-Refresh-work/ba-p/1014093
If not on refresh, you will need to get complaints to allow termination of contract to avoid fees, but they may ask for your phone to be surrendered first.
You can also try the new app called O2 Ask as it allows calls over wifi.

Push the complaints process by telling them you want your contract terminating for free.
