Galaxy watch claim

Can anyone help? I am having issues with the claim for the Galaxy Watch after purchasing Samsung galaxy s20 Ultra. I have sent the order that O2 sent me, got refused, sent two emails from O2 regarding the order. I am at wits end. How can it be so hard.
Any help appreciated.

Go into MyO2 on a PC, and you should be able to download your contract document from there as a PDF - this will give you Proof of Purchase for the offer.

Just to let everyone know, I had to ring O2 for a Proof of Purchase email to make the claim. So after 4 attempts, it is finally on its way.
