I've had my code for the buds but when applied it says £41 to pay ..when I took my phone upgrade it said for a £1.

Quite a few reporting this issue due to a price change on the buds.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

I've just experienced this too. Got a text on Thursday the 2nd of this month (2 days ago) saying I only have to pay £1, now the website says I need to pay £41, after using my promo code. Laughable.
