No, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

I know it's ages since these posts went up but as I used to be able to send them to my aunt in the UK when I was in Australia they were very useful.  And I know there can be other reasons for needing access to online texts, a stolen phone for one.  Shame they've gone.

Oh well, such is progress.

@PR16You can still contact your aunt using Skype, Messenger and Whatsapp, all over Wifi and free..

As for needing online texts if you have a stolen phone, you can (via a PC) stay in touch with friends  and family using the same apps.

As for reporting a stolen phone there is a guide for that here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/ba-p/1023988

Unfortunately I can't.  Aunt is 89 and doesn't have wifi or any of the apps mentioned. I'm glad she can manage just to do the basics on a mobile phone.

Never mind, I will just send normal texts and pay accordingly.

Ah well that paints a different picture. I was unaware of her age when you first posted.

Unless her phone receives emails (which if it's basic it probably wont)

As you say you will have to bear the cost....:smileywink:
