I just received my new iPhone 12. O2 Shop currently advertises an offer giving “Extra £100” for iPhone 11 trade-in.
I’ve gone to O2 Recycle and tried to enter my order number (in various formats ie with/without the leading “ms-“ etc) and just get an Invalid Promo Code message.
There is literally no useful instructions anywhere on this.
Can anyone help? Their “live chat” has been offline for days so I’ve no idea how to handle this via self-service. It’s infuriating!

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

You can't activate the code until the new phone has been used on the network for 48 hours.
After that, the system will recognise the order.
