Hi,
I'm trying to use O2 WiFi hotspots and although I'm able to connect to WiFi my browser doesn't load anything, not even the sign in page.
Can anyone help please?

Thanks

That doesn't help with the problem I'm having, that just tells me how it SHOULD work.

Is this a new phone?

Have you used O2 wifi before?

Any info you can give may help to save us guessing.

If the MAC address of your old phone is still registered on the system it can prevent a new phone from connecting.

You'll need to contact customer service to remove your old MAC address.

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

I read somewhere you can manage your devices online, is that possible?

Also I thought you could have more then one device assigned to a phone number?

Thanks
