O2 Switch up Issue

Hey, trying to update my iPhone 15 Pro Max, when I type the IMEI number into the switch up section of My O2 for the checks I get the following message:

"You're only able to recycle this device"

"This device isn't eligible for Switch Up, but you can still recycle it for cash or bill credit. If you're still unsure, you can nip into one of our stores to get a second opnion. Simply save to your basket first.

 

Does anyone know whats causing this? I updated may 25th however MyO2 shows it was on June 25th. But that is still past the 90 days now, so it should let me?
