Everyone's busy?

All the phone lines and the chats are busy/down today. What's going on?

8.00 am to 8.30 am is the best time to call.
It usually gets very busy after those times.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

We just checked on our end @mongoosekiller and there are some issues with the Customer Service phone lines. They are being worked on, and we'll update you when we can slight smile In the meantime, Livechat is working but very busy - Did you have a question the Community could try and help with?
