Hi all.
Is anyone else having issues accessing bills etc via O2 Business? I've tried via PC and the App and whilst I can log in (repeatedly!) and deleting and downloading the app on my phone when I click on " View my Bills" I just get either a blank page on my phone or "page not found" on the PC. Its extremely frustrating, especially seeing as the help and support from the O2 site is next to useless.
If it helps I've been with O2 since the before they became O2 (the old Cellnet days) and my hereditary account was migrated to a business account and then subsequently to Ariel.

O2 business has a different portal to consumer accounts and I'm not aware of an app.
Make sure you're using the correct website https://www.o2.co.uk/business/myo2business

I see you have migrated to Ariel. I think things may be different bill wise as you are not technically an O2 customer
@madasaf1sh Comment?

Thank you for the prompt reply.
Yes I know they are run separately (as I found out when trying to get help at my local O2 store!) but the O2 app does actually have a link for business as does the normal O2 website, both of which will show me my details when I log in but absolutely nothing when trying to access my bills via the links.
This is really the first time I've tried to access this information because of noticing "call charges" on my paper bill and despite repeatedly requesting a FULLY itemised bill I've never had one because "aeriel can't do that, You need to contact O2"!
I'll try again via your suggestion which I once again thank you for.

Thanks for the tag @Enlli
If you have signed up to Ariel then you are no longer a direct customer, and all billing and customer services for your account is now done by Ariel..
Ariel are talking a load of tosh as they are the ones who you pay..
Sorry but its back to Ariel who are bunch of incompetent buffoons and scam merchants that it doesn't surprise that is the first answer...
