Order delivery

I ordered my Samsung S8 on Friday and paid for Sunday delivery £8.99. I haven’t received any tracking details from O2 and the status online as it stands right now on the Sunday still says in process! I’d be really annoyed if I don’t receive my item today can anyone help?

Hi @RoseBud Until you receive a dispatch email from O2 you won't be getting the phone today

Only customer service can help you I’m afraid.
It’s most likely out of stock and until you get the dispatch email, it means it hasn’t left o2 yet.

This generally means the order you placed is out of stock @RoseBud

O2 do NOT have a live stock ordering system

So I’ve spoken to them and they’ve said they’ve rescheduled the delivery for tomorrow without informing me as there’s a ‘backlog’ with delivery this is ridiculous. Not happy with O2 at all!!

Make sure you get you delivery charges refunded too but this is the reason that we always recommend going in store to buy unless you’re not in a hurry to receive your order.

So many times this happens @RoseBud So disappointing particularly when you have paid over the odds for Sunday delivery. As I said earlier, make sure they refund you that £8.99. Best of luck and I hope you get it tomorrow.

Thanks @MI5 O2 have refunded the £8.99 and also credit my account as good will with £20. Best they can do I guess. Hopefully it comes tomorrow.
