Hey @Anonymous How are you getting on, did you manage to download and print the bill in the end? Did you try a different browser as suggested above? Would be great to hear if that helped!

The solution is incorrect this time.
A call to O2 left me moping around their voice detection system, resuting in password and userid being changed, still no joy.
Sheesh.

Thank you - I gathered as much from a couple of other threads relating to DASH4 (not the error I am seeing).
Off to pay my bill using the O2 app on my phone, hopefully the invoicing detail I need will be available sometime through the "normal" channel(s).
