I’ve signed up for Disney plus with o2 which had been charged to my bill! However the email I have used for it is the same as the one I used for the free trial direct! When on Disney plus it’s asking me to renew my subscription and enter my credit card details! Can you help or reset it please?

It's only free for new or upgrading customers..

Others have to pay for it.

Thanks, that’s fine to pay for it! I can’t login to it without adding my card details and it’s already charging via my phone bill 😃

It doesn’t work when I logon to Disney plus it asks me to renew my subscription and select a payment option
