Direct debit ref DD103060700 has been stopped at my bank because the transaction is shown as settled. this was set up to pay a monthly amount to pay for a phone upgrade a number of years ago. When the transaction was settled I did not receive notification and the DD continued to the point now where the account is in considerable credit. I would like to recover the credit!
