Data top up

Hello

 

I have recently been advised that I have used my data allowance and need to top up.

 

This has never happened before and I am puzzled.

 

Phone is Galaxy A3

 

Any suggestions.

Check in your phones settings menu and you can see what has used most data.
I don't know if you use Facebook, but that is known for high data usage?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
