How do I block premium rate texts?! My daughter has been receiving them at a cost of £35 to me this month!!! I blocked one last month which seems to have appeared back!! Nothing appears to deter them!

Blocking them on the phone will not stop the charges.
Search the shortcode number on http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/ to get the contact details them call them to ask them to remove your number. That is the only way.

Also have a look through this link of common phone scams.
Knowing how these things start is a good way of preventing them in the first place http://www.scambusters.org/cellphone.html
