how long does it take for my old number to go to my new sim

(vodafone to O2)

Ive been waiting since last thrusday and everytime I call 202 i get cut off as the automated service wont let you speak to a human

Getting a bit fed up and need this changed

You will receive a text back with a changeover date when accepted by O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 0344 809 0202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
