I recently upgraded my phone and chose to try out the Samsung Galaxy X10. Currently not really enjoying the device and would like to swap it for another. I want to keep my new contract but just want to change the phone I have. How would I go about this?

Are you within the 14 day cooling off chamge of mind period? If so you can return it

If not you are stuck with it unless you cancel your contract.

Yes, it would all depend on just when you upgraded. Call customer service asap to check your options now on 202.
