I had a phone call two weeks ago to join up on a £20 per month deal they sent me a sim card out but sent it back tuesday afternoon due to not whating it but you still took money from my bank account i've informed bank to cancel direct debit

This isn't O2 you are talking too.

Please cancel correctly https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/ba-p/566774 and do not cancel your direct debit until your account is clear.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
