I got a 3 month free amazon prime video with my new contract. I can’t find out to cancel the autorenewal either on o2 website or amazon!
Anyone any bright ideas?

You should be able to cancel by going to manage your extras in your MyO2.
Otherwise, give customer service a call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support or try under your account settings in Amazon.
