Hi I have a Xtralis Adpro NVR and I can connect when I am on a WiFi connection, or if using a phone on a different network, but I cant on O2???

Any ideas??

Did this issue ever get solved? I am encountering the exact same problem and am distinctly unimpressed. My CCTV installer could access my cameras using EE 4G but I cannot on o2.

We still get a steady flow of complaints regarding this so it seems o2 are still blocking some ports.

I’m completely new to all this. My dad, who lives 250 miles away can access his cctv on o2 data. Why can’t I? (Sorry if that’s a stupid question)

Is he using 3g or 4g?
Whichever one you are using, try the other too.

Also, I tried it today while doing some shopping 5 miles away from home. Cameras worked beautifully on 4g. I ran the MyNetwork app at home and all looks good. I’m so confused!!

It must be your local mast then.
You could call customer services to report the issue or report it through the MyNetwork app.

Another theory is network speed, particularly upload.
Again, try switching to 3g as it can be faster in some areas.
