I believe you can see if you are eligible for an upgrade in your My O2 page.

Forget ordering online, go Instore as you will most likely walk out with your choice of phone within 10 minutes

IIRC O2 don't sell phones on historic tariffs, you need to sign up for a refresh tariff. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

@Anonymous you would lose your old tariff & be moved on to a Refresh plan which is standard o2 practice for the past few years

Legacy tariffs are gone if you upgrade. The only way to keep that tariff is to buy a phone outright and simple swap. Even legacy tariffs are now subject to change ie the unlimited data tariff is now subject to a FUP of 4GB.

Doesn't really matter - all the info has been posted and then some.
