I didn't get mine, spoke to customer services who advised there is still a persisting data error and they now expect them to be out some time in September.

FYI, there are a tonne of threads both on here and on Reddit regarding not receiving codes for this specific promotion, so I think it goes beyond just a few customers not getting them.
I'm starting to worry there won't be enough Buds 3 Pro stock if everyone eligible for the promotion is going to get their code in a short period of time.
Personally, I switched from iPhone/AirPods for this deal, and I've now gone nearly 2 months without any headphones at all. Communication from O2 has been nonexistent, with this thread being the outlier; frustration is starting to take hold a little bit.

Just to let everyone know I got in touch via the live chat, they rang to take payment over the phone and they're being delivered tomorrow.
Customer service said there's a error on the SMS system so a delay in sending the codes out. Took me 30 mins or so with the delay in messages but I got it sorted.
