I haven't received the promotional code for the discount on the buds 3 pro when purchasing my z fold 7 despite being within the promotional period.

So.
They don't really know what's going on at o2.. but they have kind of resolved this for me.
After over an hour and lots of misinformation their end and trying to get me on other promotions - they finally did the following -
A one off credit onto my account for £159 so I can buy the headphones myself..

So an update, yes I realised this.
She told me over the phone they were £159. They are not.
Just spent ages again with them - now because the promotional credit is on and has been used against a bill already - i have to contact them tommorow to get an order placed.

Update for you all
I opted not to wait until tommorow and called back in.
Spoke to a very helpful chap who was more than happy to put an order in for me. Paid my £20 and they will be posted out.
It's a lottery who you speak to, but there are people who are aware and more than happy to place the order. They seem to have no record keeping at all as its like a brand new case each time you call.
Seems I got some free promotional credit (£159) but no idea at this point!
