I haven't received the promotional code for the discount on the buds 3 pro when purchasing my z fold 7 despite being within the promotional period.

As suggested if you're still chasing your code, please contact customer service, who will do some checks and if eligible will take £20 payment to order your Buds3 Pro.
HOWEVER please drop me a PM with your mobile number first, so i can note your account with instuctions for the advisor to complete the order correctly.

I have contacted customer support who have advised it will take 3-7 working days to figure out why i didn't get a code, instead of offering me the chance to make a payment. The 1st advisor i spoke to said I was eligible but I was passed around a few times afterwards.
