Could 02 please update its customers on when we can expect to have sms available on WiFi calling.

Due to the complexity of the functionality, this is still something we’re working on. We want to ensure we’re as thorough as possible with our implementation and tests to ensure it works flawlessly when we launch it for customers in 2019.

As soon as there's more progress or updates to share, i'll make sure you guys are the first to see it.

@Louise148 As said, whatever was posted here would most likely only be from other customers, and that was eight months ago. If you want to get a more definitive answer you should speak to customer service.

Bambino It is a community question. 02 have not replied and I was asking for comments from the community if they are aware of any updates.

Okay, fair enough, but I don't see any question you posted before today. I can tag our community admin @Martin-O2 and @EmilieT to see if they have anything to add, but you probably won't get a response until Monday at the earliest.

Thanks. I’ve asked them but no reply. Looking at the community posts they agreed in February to update in a few months. I think 8 months is long enough to wait. The technology exists for other carriers so why can’t they do it on 02
