Mobile Broadband Dongle E173

Hi all, I have just bought a O2 mobile broadband dongle off Ebay to use on an old lap top of mine, on the box it says it will work up to windows 7 does anybody know if it will work on windows 10.

I purchased a monthly contract with an upfront payment of £30 but have not yet recieved the product. How do I cancel the order before it's sent out as I would like to do this asap as to not cause any difficulties.
