Does anyone know how to get a response from Fraud team- have been calling O2 over and over again for 2 months who say they will call in 24-48 hours. Obviously this has not happened. They also said they have to contact me. 

Currently someone has committed fraud on my account and this has affected by credit file. 

Yet again another example of absolutely awful O2 customer service and feeling hopeless

The fraud team will be in touch when the investigation is complete, and depends if they have the police involved, if there is an active investigation ongoing then there is nothing they can tell you, as per legislation and regulation regarding fraud investigation, as if they do it could be classed as tipping off... 

 

You will just have to wait for them to contact you, sorry to say, that or the police turn up on your doorstep..
