Accessory Orders/ delivery notice?

Hi,

 

I'm aware I do not get a tracking number when ordering accessories, but do I atleast receive an Email/text notification once it is delivered? I only ask as the accessory I have ordered is being delivered to my work, and I am out today, so If I receive delivery confirmation I know it hasn't been delivered yet. If I don't receive any, I will have no idea when it is delivered, other than someone from reception making me aware

I don't recall ever receiving a delivery notification from O2, only from the courier company, but that was for phones with tracking details, so I suspect not in your case.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
