I’m a buyer for non UK shoppers.
I order things which then get sent around the world, usually USA.
I ordered a phone case online, next day delivery shown on the page.
20 minutes later I receive an email, telling me it’s out of stock.
No way to cancel the order, no way to see the order on the website, cannot contact o2 except via their app, which I get and now tells me it’ll take up to 48 hours to activate because I’m a new customer.
it’s now 60 hours since and I’m still getting the same message.
The very helpful AI chat tells me to check the tracking, the page it links you to says accessory orders can’t be tracked.
No reply to Facebook or twitter.
I just want to cancel the order and buy it from somewhere that actually has the products they offer.
Any suggestions?
if I didn’t know better, I’d say O2 was a scam site.

@Marmalade43
Sounds dodgy what you are doing to be honest, reselling products..
But you will need to call the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255

@Marmalade43 Out of curiosity, what accessories does O2 sell that anyone in the US would want that they couldn't get in the US and not pay 20% VAT on, along with a markup that you probably add to the price?

It's a Google Pixel Fold Case.
It'll be going to UAE. Eventually,

No, Order things people want, when they arrive, repackage and send them on.
It what way can it be dodgy?
Thank you.

@Marmalade43 You said USA in your original post.
Why would anyone buy a Google Pixel Fold Case from O2 through you for £64.99 when they can buy it directly from Google for the same price? Pixel Fold Phone Case - Google Store
