myO2 only shows previous phone bill

So, I had a previous account with a phone number, pay monthly. I decided to end the contract, pay the remainder and get a new phone - however I wished to keep my number.

 

Went through a 3rd party, got a new phone with O2 contract, contacted O2 and they gave me my old number.

 

When I log into myO2, it only shows the old bill for the old phone, it does not show the current bill. How do I sort this?

You will have a new login for the new account.
It should be on the contract emails you received.
If you can't find it, call customer service on 202 and they will tell you after you pass the security checks.
