I cancelled my contract in December 2023 as I left because of a better sim only deal and paid my last bill in January 2024 but I keep getting letters from yourself saying I owe you money from previous month. I would to shut my account down as I cancelled both sim only deals over the phone in December 2023

I would not be surprised if the accounts were not closed down.
Only sure way with O2 is via PAC or STAC
