Hi All!

i'm writing to you because i need your precious help...

i have a blackberry 9300. with o2, it bought it in London. Now i come back to Italy, but i would like to use it with my italian sim.

It seems my bb is blocked, i should insert a MEP code.

I really don't know where i cant find it...   can you please help me?

How do I unlock my phone so it can be used on other networks? | Support | O2

you need to provide an o2 mobile number that has been used with the phone in the uk and have an o2 sim with 15GBP credit to pay for the unlock.
