Mobile Network State = Disconnected

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have been having this problem since returning from roaming in Europe.

I have tried everything O2 suggested, switched on/off and have a new SIM. I have tried other SIMs both O2 and other networks they don't work either so its definitely the device, which is a Nexus 6p.

Can anyone help me?

If none of the above send your phone off to the manufacturer.

To be honest it sounds as though the phone has been blocked.
