no asprin or ibuprofen or paracetamol in the house ..... but I may be able to rummage up something like lemsip, which I believe has paracetamol in it, if I search my personal drugs cupboard at home & it would be something hot 

and of course, another ice cold jug of Sangria coming up for you Cleoriff
