As part of the #o2surprise that I received last week, there was a jar of smiles. Many were keen to see what would come out of the jar each day, so here are the ones so far!
The one that I picked out on Friday was "If you want to see the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain".
This morning I picked out "Relax and reflect. A bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life".

I like that @gmarkj so today followed the advise... Done what was necessary [paid a bill]; then did what was possible [prepared for check up on Fri]; now waiting to see what "impossible" I`m doing...
Good ol` St Francis

Woke up - Took my tablets without throwing up - sorted the cat out
Attending to replies to Emails re: friends
The 'Impossible' would be changing the battery of the large pine clock in the kitchen - it's been stuck at 20 past four for months - it's a question of taking courage in one hand and my phone (for security) in the other and steadily climping up the stepladder ... need more vittles before attending to this one as yet so early in the day
