As part of the #o2surprise that I received last week, there was a jar of smiles. Many were keen to see what would come out of the jar each day, so here are the ones so far!
The one that I picked out on Friday was "If you want to see the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain".
This morning I picked out "Relax and reflect. A bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life".

That's one I don't agree with actually. Sometime YOU can strive as hard as you are able, then fate (or something else) throws a curveball.

I still have a few of these left, so here is one for today:
Don't look back.
You're not going that way.
That's a good thought @gmarkj.
However, sometimes it's difficult NOT to look back. For instance 3 years ago, we had a lovely apartment in Spain. We had it for 38 years and I loved being able to fly out there at the drop of a hat. For various reasons, which I won't go into here but it included health, we had to sell it quickly.
I miss it more than anyone will ever know. So, at times like this, with a cold winter and being someone who loves the sun and the friends I had there, I can't help looking back and thinking 'if only'
