We had a brilliant time. It lashed down with rain on the way there. Fri, Sat, Sun and today it was 22-24c.

Most of the groups were great. The Little Eagles, Hijacked Hollies, Spirit Of Smokie, Marmalade, Simply UB 40, The Jivettes, Union Gap, Vanity Fare, Steve Ellis (from Love Affair) a Cilla Black tribute and the two awful acts  T Rex tribute  and Musical Youth.

So a great time had by all, lots of drink (hic) and wonderful weather 😂

Clearly remember the music ... particularly Steve Ellis of Love Affair ... BBC1 TOTP Top of the Pops, probably in monochrome, 'Everlasting Love'... ... ... those were the days of classic popular music.

Yeah ..... I know I am 'looking backwards' ... but, I like what I like, and sometimes think my days of 'Making Memories' are over ..... but, then I think positively of my son & daughter-in-law and I feel much, much better ... ... ... Now't Like Family XXX

Thanks @RunrigForever. It seems weird to realise this time last week we were watching and listening to Steve Ellis from Love Affair. He was backed by Vanity Fare. Brilliant.
