I have tried and tried to contact O2 but to no avail, I wish to make an official complaint. I am sick of O2 ringing me about my service I get. I tell them the biggest mistake was made by Virgin going with them. I do not have a mobile Data anymore, I don't receive half of my messages, when I talk on the phone it is a miracle if you can make out what is being said, or your phone just cuts OUT. The issue I have I have spoken to O2 NUMEROUS TIMES, I have been told that I need a new sim card as when they switched us (my husbands phone also) as the virgin sim is not much good. My question is WHY HAVE WE NOT BEEN SENT A NEW SIM?? Why keep phoning me OVER AND OVER Again asking for my e mail and bank details, I am 99% sure that O2 keep taking their monthly fee so why keep asking and because I will not give O2 keep calling the number that is contacting me is 03452700700. I am sick of it we are pensioners and cannot cope with these constant phone calls. If someone can suggest or give me contact details to deal with this or do I go to the Police for the constant harrassment

The calls aren't from O2.
It's a well known scam.
Forward the scam number to 7726 - It's free.
