I wonder if Khoros blinked... part of the X exit was because the glue that took X messages into O2's internal support system stopped working last year, or so I was led to understand... Can't believe the CS guys are just sitting there watching the X live-feed all day, imagine what rabbit-holes there would be in that scenario 😎
