There's not a lot else they can say really is there there's a design fault and they know it but have sold so many they will just swap bent ones I would think

Made a rod for their own back now, no option but to replace them. No wonder the shares have taken a hit, with this and the ios 8.0.1 mess.

It does make you wonder if they actually bother the check the software before release
