Not sure what's happening in Florida US.

Yesterday we had news about a 22 year old singer Christina Grimmie who was shot and killed at the Plaza in Florida. Christina was a contestant on the Voice and was perfoming at the Florida venue. After she was shot, her killer then shot and killed himself

Today in breaking news, another awful incident is unfolding. A shooting at a nightclub in Orlando...and hostages taken.

Yes I read this earlier about people dead in a gay night club. Seems nowhere is safe these days.

Last night here 11 were killed in a minibus when the liquid gas tank exploded. Police think there may have been a device set to go off......

Horrifying. It is becoming a way of life now and this frightens me to death. Oh and before anyone says we have to get on with it and not let these terrorists win yada yada yada...I know all that. It doesn't stop me being frightened for  my kids and their kids... if this is the way we have to live in the world.

Terrible enough anywhere...but seems even more shocking that this is a holiday resort and the home of DisneyWorld .....Sickening .....:smileysad:
