End of BST: Clocks go BACK

Just a gentle reminder that this Sunday 27th Oct at 2am, British Summer time ends and the clocks go back an hour.

So we all get an extra hour in bed

I always remember this by saying....

"Spring Forward"(In Spring)

"Fall Back" (In Autumn)

Always worse for those on nights @ComaChameleon  I know...been there, done that!

I hadn't thought about those on night shifts.  Must be great for them in the spring though!

Unfortunately @Martin-O2  during my training, I was always on nights during the Autumn months....so I got the short straw as it were

At the bank we never got paid for the extra hour although it evened out in Spring....

Neither did we with the NHS. However when I worked for the agency, we did....
