Hi All,
My whole family phones are blocked for the past 36 hours and no repsonse form O2, really stressed out.
My childrren phones too are blocked and cant commnuicate with them.
went to o2 shop in the mornin, the fraud team says its blocked my number but cant tell the reason. its so frustrating, i only moved my family numbers to o2 just a month back from ee, i have been with ee for more than 15 years without any issues.
2 interviews i had yesterday and i missed it becasue of idiotic thing o2 did.
i was line with o2 cs team through different pay as you go number and got hold of them after 2 hours 15 minuts, raised my concern and the line got cut. I feel like an idiot choosing o2.

Nothing we can do here as we are a community made up of customers like yourself.
From what I can gather the fraud department get twitchy when a number of phones end up on the same account or location.
