I am a O2 Pay Monthly customer. I am unable to turn voicemail off even after I have called 1760 several times. As I am going abroad , I need to turn it off. Has anybody had a similar experience and how to solve this.

No problems for me.
Make sure you are turning off any voicemail features on your handset too or contact O2 to do it for you.
