Hey guys,
There have been some really interesting responses to the recent app discussions that have taken place on the forums over the past few weeks.
To keep the ball rolling we will be posting a series of threads on the best apps to use for certain interests similar to @Marjo's apps for pets thread.
The next subject we would like to hear your thoughts on is sports apps! What kind of sporting apps do you use and what for? What are you favourites or recommendations for others and why? Do you have any suggestions on how to improve the sport apps you use or is there a "dream app" for sports that you would like but hasn't been developed yet?

@Cleoriff I'll have to take a look at this one. I don't have broadcast TV at home so never see the races but I so enjoy them so it's good to know I can watch them through my phone. Cheers for the tip!
Don't forget you may need to buy a TV licence !!.......legislation changes on 1st September.

A very good point @Beenherebefore! I will have to think if a few F1 races are worth the fee. I'm fairly happy with Netflix and Amazon Prime atm. You get such a fantastic choice on the streaming services these days!

didn't realise this (it was changing) - technically I am not sure we would need one currently but as there is less than a month to the change then it's kind of irrelevant now...
however, this part of the wording is interesting:
Will I be covered to use BBC iPlayer when I’m on the go or abroad?
If you already have a TV Licence for your address, you will be covered to download or watch iPlayer when you’re on the go, provided the device you’re using to watch or download programmes isn’t plugged into the electricity mains at a separate address
What happens if I am charging the device at the other address then?

@gmarkj @Martin-O2 no I'm not sure of the new legislation...that's why I said you may need a licence.
I believe there was a EU Court of Justice decision a year or so ago regarding live streaming, I'll try to find a link.
