Forgive me for asking - but what is "A Potato Amnesty"? It has been suggested to me that it may be a not too lightly veiled insult to some of our Celtic neighbours, but I hope that is not the case.

"POTATO!!!!" is a bit of a standing joke on here (blame Keith Lemon), so the joke was a joke thread without any reference to potatoes
