Hiya!

I am trying to activate my priority, after entering the pin in to the app, it says my number is not eligble, this is a brand new phone and contract could someone help please?

Wait a few days for the system to catch up and recognise your number.

Usually 3 or 4 days after the account has been opened. Different billing platforms have to update.
