O2 priory virgin media

Hi. Can anyone help me please. 
I downloaded the o2 priority app as I have virgin media. Clicked on log in with virgin media. A pop up comes up and asks priory wants to use virgin media.com to sign in. 
I click allowed. But I autocorrected get this message on the next page. ‘

{"errors":["query param code must not be null"]}

 

No matter how many times I delete the app turn my phone on and off re-down. I still get this message. I even tried your o2 website on safari again I get this message. 

please help. I am an iPhone user.

Try using Google Chrome rather the standards uncompliant Safari browser if using the web, as it could be that Safari is playing up. 

Also clear your temporary internet files, and cookies, before redownloading the app, or trying the website
