Hi @Smiller1984, how are you getting on with this? We received the following information about this offer, which might help:
You must redeem the offer (generate a code) by 2 November 2018, however your code will be valid for use until 31 December 2018 and will be stored in the My Priority folder on the Priority app until 2 November 2018. If you want to use your code after the offer has expired on 2 November 2018, you'll need to take a screenshot of your code. If you have a problem redeeming your code, you can tell the cashier that it is a 'Collection Code'.
