I inserted my pay as u go sim, topped up £10 but can’t get in to priority, I get message saying there was a problem and we have been notified, please wait a moment and try again
This is driving me nuts live chat have done nothing, I want priority to book concert tickets

Firstly, try deleting the app, reboot your phone and then try again.

You may also need to wait a couple of days for the number to update on the O2 system to allow you to register, so if you have only just activated the sim card, give it a couple of days.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Firstly turn off your phone and back on again. If that doesn't work then you need to call customer services to reset your account Guide: How to find help & contact O2
